Overall, I think your service department does a great job. Upon my last visit it was disappointing to learn that i had services needed at 30,000 miles that were not offered on my prior visit. This was frustrating as my vehicle is now 2,000 miles past my service agreement for any routine maintenance to be completed for the first 36,000 miles and now i am looking at approx. $800.00 to have them performed. It would have been nice to know this before my service agreement was up but going forward i will watch this more closely as to not let that happen again.

Had the oil changed on my Chevrolet Equinox Premier. Service was good, but the price had increased more than $20.00 since my last oil change. Total charge for oil change nothing extra $111.00

Wasn’t a good experience. I was made to believe by a woman I spoke to about the recall for the ignition switches that when she signed me up for the service maintenance that was all covered by the company. After scheduling for the service, I got there and had the service done only to find out I was not covered and had to pay out of pocket with money I did not have that day. It has been a total inconvenience and I would not have scheduled at that time if I’d known this. No slight to the mechanics or front desk they just did their jobs but I was very inconvenienced by this

I was informed of a recall needed on my truck and she put in an order for the part needed and let me know she would contact me when it came in to get it scheduled as well. Not crazy about the wait time to have your vehicle looked at. My service advisor Tyler Smith is fantastic. He is very helpful and takes great care of you.
I took my GMC 1500 for it's first oil change and the reapplication of the AutoButler paint protection. The truck looked amazing when completed. Even though I live about 90 miles away, the trip was worth it. Everyone that I interfaced with was polite and professional. Bill Cramer GMC can be proud of their employees.

Best experience I've had with any business in decades. Processes were seamless/ smooth, the facility impressively modern and spotless. Matt Telesko was professional, cordial, and supportive; D.J., my courtesy van driver was delightful. My replacement seatbelts (factory recall) were installed same-day. Bill Cramer Chevrolet's business model is one to emulate. Bay County should be proud!
***UPDATE*** I spoke with the managers and they were very understanding and helpful to immediatly remedy the issues i reported below. Thank yoi Amelia and Erin! *original issue: I was quoted $200 for my 60000 mile service after receiving an email add from them. I looked it up on your website and it says replacing wiper blades was included, but I was charged an extra $69.90! Also when I signed up from your email you sent me, it stated there was $5 off service that I didn't receive. Also when I checked out there was a line on your form that would have allowed me to get a cost quote upfront but it was too late since I was checking out. Also my tire pressure was 10 psi too high in all 4 tires. So your process, forms, discounts and cost quoting were poor. I am entitled to a refund for the wipers ($69.90 + tax) and the $5 discount
Service adviser was able to work me in without having appointment. Inform me of other services recommended (beyond the oil change). Tech completed all services quickly getting me out in a timely manner. The waiting room was clean (as usual) and people were friendly.
Matthew was wonderful to work with. He provided education on the car when we did a test drive and was very respectful and polite during the negotiation process. He introduced me to each person involved in the process and made sure I was comfortable at each point in the process. Thank you Matthew!
