Overall satisfied, drop off and registration need improving with time efficiency. Seemed like I had to go through the process twice after calling to make an appointment and registration having to do the same things again and go through the same questions again upon drop off.
The service department has always been polite, cheerful and most important efficient! When I drop off my Buick Envision Avenir for a routine service, I use the courtesy van's service instead of sitting in their lovely waiting room with snacks :). Their driver has been pleasant and happy to engage in a conversation for the 10-minute drive to my home. Pulling our RV with our 3500 just as we hit Bay county the service emission system came on. I called and made an appointment for the next day hoping to get in and out before the end of the week. The receptionist I talked, Rebecca, was awesome. She did explain that there probably was a day or two wait just to look at it. The next morning we checked in with Matt. He went over all the steps with us. Even asking questions about extended warranty, which we didn’t even consider. He found our policy. Got the truck in. That evening he called with an update. Looked like an animal had gotten under our truck and snacked on our air breather! We live outside city limits on a small farm. So very possible, even if it’s the first time something like this has happened. The tech fixed our issue, fixed a recall, and cleared about 9 or 10 codes thrown at him from the original issue. We had our truck back within 2 days of taking it in! The only complaint is, the cattle guard had dirty hand and glove prints all over it. Easily removed with a cloth. Traveling from Wisconsin to Panama City for spring break our 23 GMC Sierra 3.0L diesel check engine came on. It came on while in Kentucky and a dealership there did diagnose our check engine light but did not have a diesel mechanic staffed that Saturday so they were able to reset the check engine light for us. However it did come back on while in Georgia. The code that was causing the CEL was a NOX sensor. We were told it should be safe to drive on. We did get it to Florida and drove it to Bill Cramers. After getting the truck checked in the service writer was able to talk to the diesel mechanic and because we were from out of town he prioritized at least the diagnosis confirming the CEL code. The fix was the faulty, sensor and only took about 2 hours to fix. I was very grateful they got this done as fast as they did. Now, not every situation might have this conclusion but I feel if the dealership is able to help in a timely manner they will go above and beyond if possible. Thanks for saving the day Bill Cramers! You helped alleviate a lot of stress while being on the road far from home with a check engine light on or vehicle. Thanks again!

Went to the dealership to get an idea of what I wanted and bought my first GMC
Everyone involved in the purchased of our 2025 -Z71 was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchased.
Did not reset the oil or air filter settings on dash console. Did not know where my truck was when coming to pick it up. Customer service reps were friendly, however for the amount of money I spent on a service (nearly $1K) I would expect at least a courtesy wash, or that they knew where my car was parked. This is my last visit to Bill Cramer.
I live in Destin so I have been taking my 2018 Yukon Denali to a dealership closer to me. They had my car for 3 weeks and could not diagnose a problem that was making me have to jump my car to start it each time I wanted to drive. I took it to Bill Cramer Chevrolet GMC and they had the problem diagnosed on the very first day and fixed by the third day. They were easy to work with, filed my warranty paperwork for me, and the technician was in constant communication throughout the process. This was the exact opposite of my experience at my local dealership. I will be bringing my car to Bill Cramer Chevrolet GMC from now on.
