Service advisors, Matt and Cameron took great care of me, getting me in without an appointment for an unexpected issue with my Colorado, even though the service department was very busy that day.

Diagnosed my maintenance issue, fixed it and returned my vehicle in record time. All good !

Matt was my service ambassador. I was on vacation from out of town. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. We were anticipating a 3-4 day time to fix the vehicle. However, I arrived at 7am to check in and I picked the vehicle up at 6:15pm. It required a waterpump, hoses and I also had them complete a 100K mile service on it. His courtesy and concern was above and beyond. I highly recommend Matt and his team.

I recently took my 2023 Chevy Silverado in to Bill Cramer for an issue with the radio and some routine maintenance. I was very satisfied with the work done and especially with how Steve kept me informed throughout the process. All issues were taken care of and I got my truck back within a few days.

We were visiting Panama for vacation when we noticed a part near the fender was coming off. We came to the service department on a Saturday afternoon and they were quick to take the truck back get it fixed and get us on the road in minutes!

We’re from Louisiana and my Malibu broke down the first day on vacation. They had my car fixed in less than 24 hours and saved the day! They found a problem that no other mechanics in Louisiana could. Definitely recommend!

My family was on vacation when our car broke down the evening before we were leaving to travel home. I called this dealership on Saturday morning and spoke to Mel the service manager. She was very informative and professional. We towed our vehicle in to them around noon on a Saturday, and they had the water pump and thermostat in stock and fixed the vehicle by 4:30 pm the same day!!! Amazing!! We drove the vehicle back home to Atlanta the same evening. Matt the service advisor took great care of my family! Thank you to the mechanic as well! You guys rock!!

We took our Rotech fleet vehicle in for service on a Monday with no appointment. They got it done super quick so that we could get the van back in service and it is running perfectly. Duane Pearce professionalism and communication really made it a great experience. I highly recommend them. It was very busy but they were operating like a well oiled machine.

I have had a conversation with the General Services Manager, Harrison Stadnick. He listened to me and offered to make it right. I told him I wish I had hit pause and not responded out of anger.
