Just got my second car from this dealership and it was a smooth, non-pushy process. Ask for Andy - he was fantastic and continues to be helpful post transaction which is greatly appreciated.

Well, the Service Manager actually saved it for us... Driving to FL from TX, our A/C quit blowing about half way through the 11.5 hr trip! We called ahead to the Chevy dealership closest to where we were staying for a couple of days, and made an appt for Monday first thing. Well, we were told from the moment we called that they get diagnostics done in 2-3 days as they are the only dealership around for miles. So, we went ahead and left it at 0700 on Monday. Well, the problem we had overall - beyond the A/C issue - was that our service advisor didn't communicate!! He sent me a text letting me know I could reach out to him on that number...but then when I did, I got NOTHING BACK for two days!! I wasn't sure they were going to be able to do anything as the A/C had started blowing again by the time we dropped it off. So, on Weds they were just getting to diagnosing ours by mid-morning...the one text he did respond to...but then, late afternoon I kept checking back asking what was up, and NOTHING!! Called just before 5pm to speak to him and the switchboard said they were all in a meeting. I asked her to PLEASE have him call me back before he left for the day and NOTHING!! So, we paid for another night's stay as we were past our scheduled reservation by this time. Next morning, my husband called and spoke to a different service advisor and she asked my husband what the car was brought in for. He reviewed the whole story again with her and said she was 'adding' some of it to the notes! Like, it wasn't already in the system from the day we dropped it off...and he quickly got off the phone and said they were still trying to diagnose the problem. I then called right back and asked for the Service Manager who was not available at the moment, and was told he would call me back. He called likely within 10-15min and began explaining what had transpired the last couple days and how they couldn't get the A/C to stop blowing again, and thus, they aren't going to guess and submit for unnecessary repairs to the warranty company. I calmly let him know I understood that, but unfortunately, our service advisor basically ignored my communications and had we known what they were doing (planning to try again that day to make the problem happen), we would have just come the afternoon prior and picked up our car and headed back!! He understood my frustrations and said that they are a small, family-owned dealership and that they don't expect customers to be treated that way. He said because of the inconvenience and issues, that he would cover the rental car cost for those 3 days!! I was not asking for that, but was grateful that he HEARD me and was willing to do that for us. Then, when we arrived to the dealership about 20min after that, my service advisor let me know that they weren't charging us for the diagnostic fee either and we were all set to go!! I definitely wasn't expecting that!! WOW! Now that is some GREAT SERVICE RECOVERY RIGHT THERE! I didn't get the chance to meet the Service Manager, but I hope he gets my message! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Had an issue with my 2019 Chevy Silverado LT. Sermed like transmission was slipping and because I bought it used,I had no way to know if the thing had been serviced. Aaron looked up Vin and we really could not tell about transmission. Eng oil was up to date. So I took it to him at 1200. He called at 1400 and it was ready,shifting like a new truck. So far so good

If I could give them a 10 I would. The entire process was easier than going to McDonald’s I told Dave what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. And that’s all it took the man went on a mission and wouldn’t take no for an answer from anyone. I also cannot leave out Tyler and Mike. Absolutely awesome guys. My business will stay with yall.

Very helpful an understanding for military I would recommend you buy a Chevy from this dealership, they got us in a 2027 Chevy equinox
