I recently had a great experience at Bill Cramer! It started with turning my truck in for warranty issues; Jack has become a huge help in making sure my truck issues have been corrected before it is returned to me. (He is the man! If there are ever issues with your warranty work, just ask to speak to Jack.) Then we talked about trading in my truck, and he set me up with Andy Cyrus in sales. After much negotiating and putting up with me, Andy helped me trade in my dually for a new dually. He was very easy to work with; not obnoxiously pushy to make a sale! It was a great experience! He will be your fun, joking, not uptight sales person if you want to feel like you're talking with your buddies at a gathering! Then we went from Andy to Michael O'Brien in finance. He too was very friendly, easy to work with, and very informative when we had questions. Very professional demeanor! This whole process with 3 different departments went on for 4 days due to me taking so long to make a decision on whether or not to trade right now, and it still went smoothly and everyone was very patient with me and my husband. I'm glad I went with my local dealer!
