Overall satisfied, drop off and registration need improving with time efficiency. Seemed like I had to go through the process twice after calling to make an appointment and registration having to do the same things again and go through the same questions again upon drop off.

The service department has always been polite, cheerful and most important efficient! When I drop off my Buick Envision Avenir for a routine service, I use the courtesy van's service instead of sitting in their lovely waiting room with snacks :). Their driver has been pleasant and happy to engage in a conversation for the 10-minute drive to my home. Traveling from Wisconsin to Panama City for spring break our 23 GMC Sierra 3.0L diesel check engine came on. It came on while in Kentucky and a dealership there did diagnose our check engine light but did not have a diesel mechanic staffed that Saturday so they were able to reset the check engine light for us. The best vehicle-buying experience I've had.

Went to the dealership to get an idea of what I wanted and bought my first GMC



Everyone involved in the purchased of our 2025 -Z71 was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchased.

Did not reset the oil or air filter settings on dash console. Did not know where my truck was when coming to pick it up. Customer service reps were friendly, however for the amount of money I spent on a service (nearly $1K) I would expect at least a courtesy wash, or that they knew where my car was parked. This is my last visit to Bill Cramer.




I live in Destin so I have been taking my 2018 Yukon Denali to a dealership closer to me. They had my car for 3 weeks and could not diagnose a problem that was making me have to jump my car to start it each time I wanted to drive. I took it to Bill Cramer Chevrolet GMC and they had the problem diagnosed on the very first day and fixed by the third day. Overall, I think your service department does a great job. Upon my last visit it was disappointing to learn that i had services needed at 30,000 miles that were not offered on my prior visit. This was frustrating as my vehicle is now 2,000 miles past my service agreement for any routine maintenance to be completed for the first 36,000 miles and now i am looking at approx. $800.00 to have them performed. It would have been nice to know this before my service agreement was up but going forward i will watch this more closely as to not let that happen again.

I called the dealership this morning to schedule an oil change. I spoke with Mel about it and she took care of it. I was informed of a recall needed on my truck and she put in an order for the part needed and let me know she would contact me when it came in to get it scheduled as well. I took my GMC 1500 for it's first oil change and the reapplication of the AutoButler paint protection. The truck looked amazing when completed. Even though I live about 90 miles away, the trip was worth it. Everyone that I interfaced with was polite and professional. Bill Cramer GMC can be proud of their employees.

They just can’t get it right

Best experience I've had with any business in decades. Processes were seamless/ smooth, the facility impressively modern and spotless. Matt Telesko was professional, cordial, and supportive; D.J., my courtesy van driver was delightful. My replacement seatbelts (factory recall) were installed same-day. Bill Cramer Chevrolet's business model is one to emulate. Bay County should be proud!

Service adviser was able to work me in without having appointment. Inform me of other services recommended (beyond the oil change). Tech completed all services quickly getting me out in a timely manner. The waiting room was clean (as usual) and people were friendly.

Brought my wife’s 2023 GMC Yukon Denali in for a mandatory recall and intermittent issue with the driver side step not coming down. Upon checkin I was quoted 2days for diagnosing when I had planned on 1 day when I scheduled it. The guys did the software update and reported they were unable to recreate the issue with the doorstep and left it at that. They did not tell me what actions were taken in troubleshooting. Billy was very professional and knowledgeable on what was happening with my truck. We ran into some issues where it took some serious investigating into my truck, but it was ultimately resolved. Billy stayed actively engaged until we had a resolution. He didn't try to sell me on unnecessary fix actions. In addition, big shout out to the shuttle team. They were great and very prompt for pick up and drop off.

Normally I am not one to leave a review good or bad. I took my 2017 Buick Envision to Bill Cramer service department on New Years Eve. I thought I would just leave it and pick it on a later day. To my absolute delight,the service dept was able to fix my issue while I waited! The whole team was wonderful, starting with Mel on the phone, Mike M. Behind the desk, and Clifford who actually worked on my vehicle. This service team is top notch and I will definitely be back!

Very pleased with my buying experience at Bill Cramer GMC/Chevy. Deondre and Trey were both responsive and helpful. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered. I ended up buying the car I wanted and got a good price on it, and all this happened in about 90 minutes. No hassles, no tired sales gimmicks. Just a straightforward transaction that worked for me. It was worth the drive to PC from Tallahassee.


Took my Equinox in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Replaced Wiper blades, Replaced 2 outdated tires, transmission fluid and coolant exchanged on recommendation. Appreciate the multi-point inspections and recommendations to keep vehicle service updated and safe operation.

Did not warranty a repair in 2024 vehicle until manager Harrison called and took the cost into the dealership for A button failure that should have been taken care of by GM.
