I had to replace something due to a safety recall on my vehicle. The person who booked my appointment was professional, courteous, and explained everything in detail. All service representatives were complimentary, efficient, and communicative. They provided a courtesy ride back to my house while I waited. This is going to be a double review of service and sales. I brought my car into service because another shop damaged it beyond repair. Mark was super helpful through the process and even though I did have to bring my car back again because the problem wasn’t fixed.. he was patient. After a few days of diagnostics and test drives with techs, we realized that the only option was for me to trade it in and buy another car, there was too much money quoted to “maybe” fix the problem. We lost our car keys while in town for a wedding. We called Bill Cramer GM and they were so nice and helpful to replace our key and get us on the road home without having an appointment. We were traveling with young children and they had snacks and helped keep them entertained. They even had a shuttle that took us to a near by restaurant and picked us up when we were done eating. I am very thankful for their kind and help employees!

I brought my newly acquired 2010 Corvette in to have all fluids replaced and reset service. They inspected my car to ensure everything was correct and safe.
